Responsible Play Terms and Conditions
Sandman Sports wants users to enjoy our contests and services responsibly. We are committed to promoting responsible play and maintaining a safe, fair, and accountable environment for all participants.
Responsible Play Guidelines
We encourage all users to:
- Learn the signs and impacts of problematic gambling or gaming behavior.
- Participate for entertainment and enjoyment.
- Establish a spending limit and adhere to it.
- Establish a time limit and adhere to it.
- Understand the rules of each contest before participating.
- Participate only with personal funds and never with borrowed money.
- Maintain a healthy balance between contest participation and other recreational activities.
- Avoid attempting to recover prior losses through increased participation.
- Avoid participation while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other impairing substances.
- Avoid participation when experiencing emotional distress, anxiety, depression, or significant stress.
- Avoid participation if it interferes with work, school, family obligations, finances, or other responsibilities.

Self-Exclusion
Users may voluntarily self-exclude from participation in paid-entry contests by contacting [email protected].
Self-exclusion may be requested for a temporary or permanent period, subject to applicable laws and platform policies. Once a self-exclusion request becomes effective, the user will be prohibited from entering paid-entry contests until the exclusion period expires or otherwise becomes eligible for reinstatement under applicable procedures.
Sandman Sports reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or limit account activity where it reasonably believes a user may be exhibiting problematic or harmful participation behaviors. Any user subject to such restrictions will be notified when appropriate.
Limits on Play
Sandman Sports may offer responsible play tools designed to help users manage their participation.
Available limitations may include:
- Deposit limits
- Entry limits
- Spending limits
- Contest participation limits
- Cooling-off periods
- Self-exclusion periods
- Other responsible play controls deemed appropriate by Sandman Sports
Users may request the implementation of such limits by contacting [email protected].
Requests to increase previously established limits may be subject to review, verification, waiting periods, and approval by Sandman Sports. Approved increases may not take effect immediately.
Sandman Sports maintains deposit limits and other responsible play controls. Users may request adjustments to certain limits, which may be subject to additional review, identity verification, compliance review, and approval.

Account closure requests may be subject to identity verification, pending contest resolution, payment processing requirements, compliance reviews, or other legal and regulatory obligations.
Limiting Another Person's Participation
In jurisdictions where permitted by law, certain third parties may request restrictions on another individual's participation.

The request should include:
- The individual's name and/or username
- The requested restriction or limitation
- Any supporting documentation required by applicable law
Sandman Sports may request additional information before determining whether such restrictions may be applied.
Unless required by applicable law, Sandman Sports is under no obligation to grant third-party requests.
Minors and Parental Controls
Sandman Sports does not permit participation by individuals who do not satisfy applicable age requirements.
Sandman Sports utilizes identity verification, age verification, geolocation, and other compliance procedures designed to prevent underage participation.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to take reasonable measures to prevent minors from accessing Sandman Sports accounts, devices, passwords, payment methods, or personal information.
Parental control software may assist in limiting access to gaming and contest platforms, including products such as Net Nanny and similar services.
If a minor is found to have participated using a Sandman Sports account, Sandman Sports reserves the right to:
- Suspend or close the account
- Void contest entries where permitted by law
- Freeze withdrawals pending investigation
- Take any other action necessary to maintain platform integrity and legal compliance
